Why do so many gifted and talented people become seemingly frustrated at lack of opportunities to show case their skills and gifts to the world?
Why do many become bitter, dejected, unhappy and even depressed or sad over their inability to convince any one of their impressive ability, skill and capacity?
Many people have a hard time finding the right job, skills and openings to demonstrate their capabilities, potentials and prowess in powerful and flawless delivery of tasks. Cases abound where less talented folks fill up the space and then by the time their is opening, they end up becoming the boss of super talents, who end up frustrated at the mediocrity and indolence of some of these bosses; and guess who makes the recommendation for promotion, firing or gets the praise at the end of the day? The truth is that the best opportunities are best taken in the raw form. Examples are all round us to see and learn from.
So, I will be sharing some tips to let you navigate the uncertain terrains of the busy world out there.

- Nobody owes you anything.As simple as this sounds, its difficult for most people to accept this reality. You are your own master and captain. Your acceptance or otherwise is 100% dependent on your personality and what others enjoy by being around you.
- Move out! As easy as it seems, going out of your way to make friends relevant to your dreams is key step in achieving the needed break. Opportunities are created by people, who sometimes rely on family and friends to select who to trust with such opportunities. If all you do is party hard, club and booze, chances are you might need to shift a little attention to that job fair, seminar, conference or training along the line of your gifting. Moving out of your already saturated zone of comfort releases you into the endless stream of possibilities
- Becoming a people person.One of the most challenging aspects of being talented is the feeling of superiority over others. This trait is most common among super models, actors and actresses and athletes who through one medium or the other rose to stardom. When you become likeable and genuinely liking others, affirming their goodness and positively commending their traits, you tend to suddenly become a new genius with a large heart. You easily gain their trust, endorsements and who knows? An informal meeting can be a life changer!
- Volunteer Volunteer Volunteer This cannot be over emphaszied enough. When you volunteer, almost 9 out of 10 your skills become noticed, if not indispensable.. The rest they say is history.
- Follow that inner Voice Every body was designed to have a little inner voice, some call it guts, instincts but I call Him the hidden man of the heart..
- Celebrate, Celebrate, Celebrate keep a journal, and celebrate your milestones...
